It has to be one of the worst restaurants I’ve eaten that in my entire life. The waitress was the manager she was picking her hair cutting her hair up in a bun grabbing our food with her bare hands. I ordered pork chops and they brought out fried it was not only Friday was hard as a rock and she didn’t even apologize or going to offer me overpriced me when she brought back the other plate there was nobody there and I never seen the pictures unless we wait and waved and wave our hands one-star review it is not even be a 0 star review nobody in a restaurant it’s three servers plus the manager as a server and never got good service if I was you I would never go in try this restaurant take my word and advice. I’m Latino and I’m ashamed of this restaurant. And they were talking bad about me in Spanish cuz I was leaving the restaurant

I don’t recommend it this restaurant at all. I ordered lomo saltado, and calamari, no flavor rice tested reheating for many days, calamari so dry, even orchata drink doesn’t tested orchata. Also very expensive which is not make sense.

There was a hair in my Salsa and I was not compensated for it. The waitress apologized & switched the salsa. Me and my family ordered Garnachas & chicken fingers with fries. It took about 45 minutes for 3 plates to come out. The restaurant was empty & there were 6 waitresses. I am from Zacapa Guatemala & they are ripping everyone off with the size of these things. They are not meant to be that small AT ALL. They are so small all the food fit in a coffee saucer… it’s like they deep fried a Tostitos chip and threw unseasoned meat and lettuce on top. I took a bite of one and was disgusted. I told the waitress I did not like it & she took the plate & apologized. When I got the bill she charged me for my plate even though I didn’t eat it & there was a hair in the salsa & there were 2 totals at the bottom. One dollar amount if paid with cash and a separate dollar amount if you use your card. Completely turned off by the customer service & even more disappointed in the food.

Terrific service! I even took the plate to go.(I’ll bring it back tomorrow on my day off.)Staff was friendly, cordial, and understanding! Food was delicious!!! I loved the friendliness and energy of the staff, even at closing hours! So many great options for for food! Great job by the staff that night! I’ll go back there before I go anywhere else for “spanish food”.

Ok, so I’ll start with the likes… I liked the fact that it’s a family restaurant and the prices aren’t bad considering the inflation everywhere else. However, customer service was terrible and you feel un welcomed to the cult with staring eyes. Once I walked over to a Waiter and asked for a menu after 5 minutes of waiting, she decided to act like a waiter and set our table up. Food was tasteless and they don’t sell alcohol. On the plus side, you can watch sports while you eat at the pretend bar and grab some sweets at the makeshift bakery.

Food is not consistent, one day it’s good another day it’s bad. This business seems to be associated with a church and if you aren’t a part of it be prepared for the heavy stares. When you walk in no one greets you unless they know you. The manager tends to sit at the bar area and is not welcoming at all. She made me feel like as if I walked in and did something bad. I even thought maybe they are closed and I walked in but after giving this place a few tries unfortunately its the same outcome.
