Waited an hour and a half for my food!! Service is horrible and atmosphere is tense! Employees were arguing and taking their time making orders. They also lost my ticket order and skipped me. Everyone was upset and frustrated because we all waited more than an hour to get Gorditas. When I received my order, tortillas were burned and they forgot to give me a gordita!!! Unsatisfied and not worth the wait.

I recently went on Saturday and it was the biggest mistake! Food is terrible and customer service is bad. I walk in and ask the girls if they still had Barbacoa and she just looked at me and didn’t say a word she just looked at me in a weird stare and nodded her head and I as i was walking back I heard them talking about me. So then we order and get our food and my sister and I ordered a Gordita de barbacoa and it was horrible, the barbacoa had no flavor and the tortilla WAS HORRIBLE it didn’t even taste like a tortilla it tasted like pancake batter. My sister ordered a horchata and she received it warm with no ice. My mom ordered a papas con queso gordita and it was so spicy she couldn’t enjoy it. We got up and left, we didn’t even finish half of our food. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY. I recommend to go to the Gordibuena on Northloop and Yarbrough.

Ordered the Picadillo flour gordita with beans. Was filled about less than half, beans tasted burnt. No plastic forks given. Limonada agua Fresca tasted like powder mix vs fresh & had very little ice. Ask to get more & was refused.

This place is not what it used to be. Prices are higher and quality of food is terrible. The taste of the food is always changing. Service is bad as well. In the past I would highly rate this place but now its not worth your money.

I don’t really like to leave reviews especially bad ones. But I’m not a picky eater and this place is not good. I bought myself 3 gorditas. 2 maíz and 1 flour. Arriero, chicharrón, and asado. Chicharrón is ok. Arriero and asado have a funky taste i didn’t like them. And the gordita both flour and maíz are gross hard, and weird texture. I do not recommend.

They have very bad service we got our gorditas and it was cold to begin with. We went and told them our food was cold they said they were going to remake it. We waited for like 20 min and there was no customers so we got up and said something if they were gonna give us our food they did and still gave an attitude.

Order two gorditas , the green chili was ok but the barbacoa was disgusting. I took a bit and almost threw up. After I took the bite and I got a terrible odor from the Gordita. I’ve been there plenty of times and only another time I received a red chili Gordita that also had a bad taste. I’ve been going for years here so I didn’t say anything at the time. This time I had to say something because it was so bad.

These are not your typical gorditas. They are almost like a round burrito. Ordered the picadillo 6 pack and 1 bean and cheese gordita. We loved the bean and cheese, but they both were very good. The gordita is made w a flour tortilla shell, fresh and soft. Meat very flavorful. We had them delivered and it did not come w chile. Not sure if it was forgotten or just doesn’t cone w chile. Would definitely order again.
