So, wanted some Mexican food and this place had great rating, so off we go. Did not expect the place to be in a gas station. But what the heck, we’re hungry. The person working there was very friendly, service was excellent and my mulitas was excellent. My friend said her enchiladas were delicious.

The 4 taco special with choice meat(s), beans, and rice was beyond worth $11 and the 8 minute wait. Some of the best beans, smooth and slightly sweet, not too salty. I initially thought the portion of spicy salsa was insufficient, but it was just perfect.

Green sauce has a lot of lime but not much chili to it. Crema likewise bland. Chicken enchiladas were generous but a little bland. Pork filling was the most flavorful part of my burrito, but I still piled on the “spicy” sauce (and I’m an American-spicy eater.)

We got 2 Cali burritos. They tasted good but were so dry. I know we said no sour cream but we thought it would atleast have some pico de Gallo. Anyway, we still ate them n drunk tons of water simultaneously. The hot sauce was good. All in all I recommend this spot.

We were on a road trip and needed dinner. Stopped here based off the Google review score. Pulled up and found out it was basically located in a gas station…were a little hesitant but decided to try it out and we were not disappointed! Four of us got taco plates and absolutely loved every bite. One tried enchiladas and said they were amazing. We highly recommend La Guera!

Love this place! I don’t eat there super often, but they recognize me and are always friendly. The food is delicious and has more variety than I’d expect from such a small kitchen. At the end of the day, it’s got all the awesome of a taco truck and then some.
