If I can give a negative I would. What a terrible experience like no other before. The server was new and needed for us to repeat the order at Least 6 times. Trainer was no better. To top it off was the manager Pixto. What a joke. This man could not spell customer service. I’m a physician and me and my wife we’re on a dinner night out. We ordered the same dish and the manager came out rude, obnoxious lowest of the lows ever experienced. He harassed us by yelling at us accusing us on not ordering two separate meals which made no sense. My wife stated to him that he was making her very uncomfortable on 3 occasions but he continued to bash us and in a very aggressive manner. I was in such shock that this was happening I politely just asked him to bring us out food and I asked him not to please mess with our food considering he was so angry. He came in slammed dishes on our table cleared our plates and kicked us out of the restaurant stating he had the right to refuse service to us. He was ignorant, unprofessional, rude, obnoxious and strictly disturbing showing my wife out of the way by the door and slamming the door on us. I attempted to speak to this poorly mannered individual but he was even more rude. I was so upset I called the location at the base explaining the situation and asking for the owner to call me because no business owner should ever have someone like him work for them. Unfortunately no call took place. Man was severely racist it seems against interracial couples and again Ukrainian Americans. Please don’t go here they have no respect for people or know how to treat them. Purely a trash establishment

So glad La Hacienda has finally opened in downtown Dover! We’ve been waiting for it for several months. Had dinner tonight and it didn’t disappoint! The service was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent and the portions were large. We each had enough leftover for a meal or two. My husband had the chicken fajitas with the side salad and it was delicious. I had the beef chimichanga and it was delicious as well. The chips and queso were perfect as was the salsa. All in all it was a home run! Welcome to the neighborhood! We look forward to many satisfying meals ahead!

This place should be WAY more busy, but it was Saturday, mid day, in downtown Dover ( a notoriously dead period). The food was DELICIOUS and plentiful! Had a burrito bowl and the corn cake. Highly recommend. Was there with a friend who took me there because she highly recommended this place, too. I will definitely be back. I will also try their other 2 locations.

Fantastico! This place has the best margaritas I’ve had in a looong time!!! The customer service is great and the food is bomb!!! Real authentic Mexican flavor! Melaney was the best bartender! Disgusting to say the least. Found a hair and what seemed to be part of an insect in my food. Showed it to the owner and he became aggressive and verbally abusive. I guess I was supposed let it slide and eat it? The owner is by far the most disgusting aggressive ill mannered individual I have ever encountered. Will never support a business run by someone who treats people the way I was treated.
