We got seated fairly quickly. After getting seated. Took a few minutes for someone to take our drink orders. Chips an salsas was brought out both dips has a hint of spicy to them. I like them. Chips were warm. I like that to. We were only offered 1 serving of chips an salsa. I thought the service with our order could had been a bit faster after getting our drinks, I ordered the enchilada verde. 2 enchiladas felt there should had been at least 3 for almost $15.00. They were not thick. But typical size the food was good and tasted great, but I felt there should have been a little bit more added to it because of the pricing on it.

I hadn’t eaten here before even though it’s very close to my work and on the main part of busy Navarro st.

Usually the Shrimp Cocktails are Delishious. Here lately they have changed quite a bit in taste, quality and appearance. I continue to order them hoping they’ll return to how they use to be when they first hooked me. Service and atmosphere is still great.

We stopped on our way through town. When we got seated it took awhile to get service. We Didn’t receive any refills and bussed our own table before someone came to check on us. It seemed like they were more interested in the soccer game on TV than checking on their customers. Also whenever I order beef fajita, I expect to get beef fajita “skirt steak”, not roast beef. They also charge a service fee (even though we were a party of 2), while still expecting a tip.

The food was really good. The service was also good. I had the enchiladas with pork plate. I highly recommend this place. The owner was onsite and very nice. He was open to ideas. If in the area go eat there. Give it a try you will be happy.

Hubby & I are from out-of-town, but stayed here for work-related reasons. This place, we found out, serves super delicious Mexican food that we’ve ever tasted without being salty. And surprisingly, no matter what we tried, each meal was just perfect and super enjoyable. Oh, and I love this other sauce that they serve with the chips & salsa. It’s a delicious pale green yummy concoction. We can’t wait to return and enjoy La Hacienda again.

The absolute worst service in town, and mind you, I’ve been in the food service biz for over 30 years. If I gave guests the kind of rude, bad, and prejudiced service my husband and I received at this establishment, I would not have any customers to serve. Our server, Noemy, ignored us when we were ready to order, as she was taking care of another table that arrived after us, and then proceeded take care of his drink, chips n salsa, and placing his order, passing our table 5-6 times, completely ignoring us. We ordered a plate of nachos to share. When they arrived, Noemy said ‘ Nachos and two plates, set the food and plates, then walked away, no ‘can I get you anything else’, or ‘desfrutan su comida.’, nothing……. So I called for the manager, as we were finished, asked port una caja para llevar. We paid the bill, with a tip, though she did not deserve it, and left. The hubster is in wheelchair, but no assistance at door. Now I’m writing a bad review. Never going to LA Hacienda on North Navarro, Again!!!!! It ain’t worth the drive…..

We were greeted quickly. Our server was overwhelmed, as it would seem the rest of them were considering they weren’t slammed. Took a while to get our order in. The chili con queso is just melted cheese, and the large was $9.50. Way overpriced considering the quality. The chips were extremely greasy. The chicken fried avocado was flavorless and greasy. The meat in the beef fajita was very dry and un seasoned. The soup that came with that plate was extremely salty. Then there was the veggie quesadillas. They tasted fine, but were extremely greasy as well. Overall, a terrible experience.

Everyone enjoyed their meal. Waiter was very proffessional and friendly. I wasn’t terribly hungry, but I wiped out my order of fajitas chonitas and then slipped into a food coma on the way home

Was completely disappointed in this place today. I have eaten there a number of times before Covid and received great service and friendly staff. But of late it has gone downhill. Today, I never did even figure out who my waiter was the person that sent me, after 10 minutes, finally brought me a drink and I ordered at that time and the little girl rolled her eyes as she took off. then another person brought my meal and said be careful. The plate is hot, but then the food was fairly warm. Why is it getting harder and harder to get good service anywhere??? I left a 20$ bill on a $19.56 total ticket. I usually start the tip at 25% because of the server pay stinks but here they got what they earned. Last trip there.
