My favorite Mexican restaurant in Tucson. With a friendly stuff and delicious traditional Mexican food. The chips and table salsa is on point and just the right amount of spice. My favorite dish is the Chicken and Mole but really you can’t go wrong with ordering anything off the menu. The food reminds me of my mom’s cooking and is a great comfort food when I’m feeling home sick. I high recommend this place.

I almost drove away because of the exterior of the building. Glad I didn’t. The service was great and the food came out so quickly that my kids didn’t even have time to get bored. The food was so good and we left fully satisfied. My husband had the fry bread taco and I had the Monday special of carne asada. Don’t drive away. Go in and try this place, you won’t be disappointed.

La Indita is the best restaurant experience I’ve (possibly) ever had. The food was mind-blowing in quality and creativity. It truly felt like ordering out of a very experienced, talented chef’s personal cookbook. The hospitality was so welcoming and fun and felt so genuine. Josh took such good care of our group with four different dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, pescitarian, GAPS). We took all the recommendations which were delicious and surprising *points to potato taco* The outdoor patio felt spacious and COVID safe.

Great place, specializing in applying their great grandmother’s indigenous practices to their food preparation. Fresh chips and salsa to start. I loved my beef with red mole or colorada. The tortillas were grilled, soft, delicate. The fresh lime and jalapeno margaritas perfect. Excellent vegetarian rice and beans. My companions didn’t love their carne seca (dried beef) as much, but I thought it was absolutely wonderful.

As always, authentic fare, wonderful service and a relaxed atmosphere with reasonable prices. Asked for a suggestion, the chicken mole was awesome, so glad my first time having it was here.

La Indita was recommended to me by a local, and I am grateful! I had the chicken mole, and it was divine. A perfect combo of sweet and spicy. The guacamole was excellent, as was the lime margarita. Very friendly and kind staff and a sweet little house-turned-restaurant. I wish I’d had room for dessert!
