Delicious …love the Mexico City/Puebla cuisine & street food menu with Old Hollywood Mexican actor/actress photos. Everything from tacos to flan & milkshake so tasty. Service superb. Owner & her fam so friendly.

First time here and from the door it’s definitely not the usual Mexican restaurant. It is definitely an original definitely, a different vibe than the rest even though it’s a small place but cozy.

I am ecstatic after eating at La Ingrata today – after eating at all the local Mexican places on Federal Street – I think the delicious offerings here take top honors – I was starving when I came here and went right for the chocolate milkshake and shrimp tacos – they offered a nachos appetizer and it was a spectacular way to start the meal – the shrimp were fresh and crisp and the taco was great – I can’t wait to return for the chicken mole” – the parking right in front and it’s location on the street make for an easy entrance – enjoy this great find

Get over to Camden to enjoy the best Birria tacos in South Jersey. My kids lost their minds when the churros came out. Great service and food

This is a seriously authentic Mexican restaurant, with Influences from Puebla and Mexico City. The decor is something I haven’t seen before in this area—the walls are covered with photos of Mexican film and television stars like Pedro Infante, Maria Félix, and Chespirito.

What a wonderful place. Welcoming, attentive, and caring service. One of the very few places I’ve eaten where I feel like I’m eating in someone’s home. Take advantage of the street food section when you’re here, and anything that comes on a house made bun. Quite a few things on this menu that are hard to find in Philadelphia. The mole poblano was great: tender chicken and an incredibly rich and balanced mole. All the salsas and sauces stood out as some of the best I’ve had. Hit all the bright and rich notes you’d want. Can’t wait to find an excuse to be back.

great place if you’re into trying out Mexican street food. clean taste and great flavors. can tell a lot of thought goes into these dishes. Haven’t had salsas this good since I was in Mexico. Had the huaraches but plan on mowing through the entire menu.

Food was so good. Waitress was super nice. Go here if you want delicious food and friendly service. Chipotle if you want mediocre, expensive food and to spend all night on the toilet. Am I right or amirite?

By far the best food I’ve tasted since moving to South NJ from NYC. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. I had the Mexican salad, a side of guacamole and they brought out a plate of chips with what I believe is beans on top, so SO delicious. The salad was perfection, the chicken was juicy and it was a big plate of food. I left feeling very full and am still full almost 5 hours later. I love that I found this gem for the days I’m in the area for work!
