The salsa is sweet and spicy with a hint of cilantro. We got a jumbo burrito that we requested with both chicken and beef. It was pretty amazing . I got the Hawaiian fajita. It had a mixture of chicken, shrimp, scallops , onions, greenbell peppers, and pineapple. It was a real treat .

It was my first visit to La Isla, but the rest of my party were regulars there, and now I know why. My entree (enchiladas rancheros) was delicious, and everyone else’s food looked equally good. Our waiter was very attentive to our drinks, without hovering. Very enjoyable, and very reasonably priced as well.

Violet Hill
Another great option for the area. I had a delicious grilled tilapia with rice and broccoli. I was amazed by the amount of food they served. It seemed to be a whole broccoli head and it was steamed perfectly to a bright green. I only ate 1/2 the dish and finished the rest for dinner thr next night. Still tasty! Possibly my favorite restaurant in Heritage.

Just ate there last night,5/8/23. It was very busy, but dont let that worry you. Food was being taken from the kitchen on a regular basis, to go orders as well. Boyfriend got fajitas, fantastic. I got a chimichanga, also fantastic. Try this gem of a restaurant today.

La Isla had the tastiest Mexican food that I’ve ever had! We stopped in for an early dinner while in the area, and ordered rancheros enchiladas and shrimp enchiladas. Both were so full of flavor! My boyfriend ordered sides of beans and rice- both generous servings. AND service was wonderful.
