The customer service was the worst I’ve ever had! Started with them hanging up on me mid order. Got to the restaurant to pick up my food and they didn’t give me right change back, I had to tell them it was wrong. They did correct it. Once I got home with the food, they didn’t give us half of what we ordered. The taco salad i ordered was halfway dumped out in the bag with the lid off the bowl. Than whatever this is. It’s suppose to be a hot tamale… this is how it came! Worst I’ve ever gotten!

Food is great, price is great, but the service is not good. I’m pretty sure his name is Alberto, but he didn’t come check on my table once, and even rolled his eyes when someone asked for something( also didn’t bring what he asked for). This isn’t the only bad experience I’ve had from him either. Went maybe four months back and he was the same way. Didn’t check on us once, and waited forever for things that should’ve been given to us fast. I’ve always loved this restaurant, but the service has ruined my experience.

Love it all. Whatever you want they’ll make, if you know what you want and it’s authentic-Except albondigas. I don’t know why. Margaritas are good. Pork Chile Verde is good. You can even taste the herbs in the meat.put that in a fresh tortilla and alittle salsa. Awesome. Just like Acapulco.

Food and service was great as always but lord have mercy the TV was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other talk. As someone who is a constant state of anxiety It was quite over stimulating. Also, the bathroom smelled like 17 barrels full of bounce that swampass. Like bad enough to call a coroner. Otherwise, everything is usually pretty good.
