We were delighted to stumble upon La Juanita for breakfast in Le Mars. Although the ambiance was unremarkable, the Mexican food certainly was…Huevos Estrelladas with a delicious homemade spicy red sauce, beans and rice, and homemade pickled carrots on the side with avocado. Yum!

I really like this restaurant. They have real authentic Mexican food. Everything was cooked right and in a timely manor. The price was great. And I have been having a hard time finding salsa from Walmart and stores that I could purchase and they made some salsa just for me to take home. Thank y’all so much for your service.

$18 dollar meal chimichanga and a burrito, received 2 hot sauce. Asked for one more hot sauce two times, cashier lady refused to give me both times saying I already had 2 in the bag. Sauce was also very watered down.

I’m still giving five stars because it’s authentic and delicious, but I will say that the Pierce location in Sioux City issuperior to this one. I’d probably say the Storm Lake location is also better but regardless, all la Juanita’s food is fantastic! The service is incredibly fast, the meat is piping hot, and the staff is friendly. I tend to go for the steak tacos with onions and cilantro – can’t go wrong!

The tacos here are fantastic. I’ve not had much else on the menu. I especially like the Birria Tacos and the Tacos El Pastor. You can never go wrong. They will put pico and cheese on too if you ask for it. I love you grab three to go for a quick delicious supper if I’m out and about.
