My husband and I team drive all 48 states. It’s hard for us to stop at places that we want to eat. We have very few options eating wise. This taco truck was more than we expected. Instead of Taco Bell we walked on over and had ourselves one amazing meal!!! Very nice friendly people and it was hot off the grill.

Got the caldo de res and very satisfied. Great broth, meat is tender, vegetables large and tasty. Vegetables are added to soup pot at different times to maximize flavor. Handmade corn tortillas are great. Condiments include cilantro, white onion, and half a lime. Comes with Homade chile in a bottle. Great service. Owner very friendly with great information on his recipes. From Mèxico City.

This is our third time coming here and it’s like coming home to eat at Mom’s. And I’m a very picky person and the food is on point. Great spot for truck drivers. Pilot flying j in front of it. They open at 10am. Menu on website. Actually I’m having breakfast there today. It’s Saturday.

Are here today had the fajitas and nachos. As a truck driver who drives all over the u.s. it’s hard to find authentic Mexican food. This place has it! The service was very tentative to what I wanted and very helpful. If you get a chance stop by and enjoy these kind people, and their delicious meals. As a matter of fact I’ll be going back tomorrow

I tried to give them $$, however, they were closed Tuesday, June 4 @11:45 when I went there (and 12:30 when I left the truck stop). The hours listed online say they open at 09:00. I would recommend either honor the hours or change them. I don’t know what the hours are at the food truck near Flying J but there was always someone there at the times I stopped by…

Highly recommend this hidden gem in Salem Oregon. Living on the road as a trucker is difficult to find great food but this was beyond my taste buds & super satisfied with the meal. I recommend the grilled steak plate… top best in my preference

Saw this place on my way somewhere else and saw this place as I drove by. Decided to stop on my way back. I’m really glad I did. Waited out front for a minute as there were a couple guys waiting on their food. They got their food. The tacos I saw looked great. I ordered a Carne asada burrito. It was great. Wacked that whole thing down. Stuffed. Thank you!

I grew up eating Mexican food and I can say that this is authentic and the quality of the food is excellent. Yes it cost a little more but that’s cause its fresh and prepared as you order. To sum it up: the food is delicious .
