I took fajita tacos, my rating is 3 stars no more! I thought the meat would be fried to my order, but the meat was prepared in advance, it was just warmed up a little. the uncle who works as a waiter is very nice and polite. the cashier girl is also good!

I traveling through Texas and stopped at La Laguna Meat Market & Kitchen because it was close to my hotel and open. I did not expect to be wowed but I was. The service was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It was the best meal I had while in town and I want to go back to Texas just for the tacos here.

Love this place! The people are great! Really good tacos and amazing tamales! I love the pork (red) tamale best. The barbacoa and chicharone tacos are really good. Good salsas. Good agua frescas too. Also a great little grocery store. I always get my tostadas there as well as the Oaxacan style crema they carry which is soooooo good on everything. They also have rice pudding in a cup which are a good treat! Among other stuff…a meat counter, some produce and canned goods, etc.

Big thumbs up for La Laguna Meat Market & Kitchen. We ordered trays of food from them for this past weekend’s graduation party: 3 meats, rice, refried beans & chips. They supplied tortillas, sauces, onions & cilantro. The order was ready for pick up on time. Everyone loved the food. The price was reasonable and the owner was super nice and very patient with me when trying to figure out what to order. We would definitely cater from them again. You might want to check them out if you have an event

Chicken tacos and the chicken gorditas were perfect. I got the tacos with flour tortillas and it was great. They give you two sauces for the tacos. A mild green tomatillo sauce and a spicy orange sauce. Nice people and great food. Don’t miss this place.

Friendly staff and quick service. I ordered the barbacoa plate and it was delicious. Served on double corn tortillas with lots of onions and cilantro. Served with some tasty beans and rice with two sides of salsa. A giant bottle of coke to wash it all down.

Shopped the meat and produce market. Got fajitas, short ribs and pork ribs. The pork ribs were on the house to try. We grilled them out thT night and the fJita meat was the most tender I’ve had in a long long time. The store was very clean and the owner was very friendly. I highly recommend their meats! ThNk you to the owner for sharing the pork spare ribs! Everything we cooked was a hit!

This is my first time eating at La Laguna, and the food is delicious. I got the chorizo taco plate, and I never had chorizo prior to today. They got so many good food choices on their menu that I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted. I definitely coming back when I have a craving for Mexican food at an affordable price.
