Their food has really gone down. The potato soup is much runnier/thinner than it used to be. The Croqué sandwich had 3 small pieces of ham on it. (see pic)

Most of the food was very good and cooked to perfection, but I wasn’t crazy about the hash brown pattie. The French coffee is absolutely delicious! Great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Wish I had visited a long time ago. I will definitely be returning. ♥️

They used to have my favorite salad on the planet, the Chicken Caesar Salad. Something has changed. The chicken used to be warm, but is now cold. This drastically changed the salad and makes it more similar to a fastfood salad than the premium salad is known to be. I asked someone and they said it just changed 3 weeks ago. We don’t have a le Madeleine where we live (Nashville) but we usually stop anywhere there is one just for this salad. This won’t be the case anymore, unless they bring it back.

Got to go order. They have premade lunch type items in a refrigerated section along with selection of juices, sodas, and waters if you just want to pop in for something quick. The dinner selection is great and seating area was clean and has good amount of seating. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t know if they were short staffed on the day we arrived or just a failure of the management to keep people focused, but we waited very long time to simply have somebody hand us a prepared quiche. Then there were no available tables so we had to bus our own table. We weren’t the only ones, most of the customers were forced to do the same thing.

Great experience… all our food was prepared well and great portions. We did take out, the service started a little bad but as we were leaving it was way better. The atmosphere is lovely and the set up is very neat and comfortable. The menu has alot of great options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place for a delicious meal and with all the extras! The only thing that was lacking was a greeting and customer service…. luckily the food made up for it and great prices

Quite expensive for the amount of food you get. The atmosphere is nice. Was overwhelmed where to order since there are stations you gotta wait at. Very confusing. The bread by the drinks were really stale. The chicken ceaser was meh

There is a serving line but even though there was a LOT of activity behind the counter that did not seem to be accomplishing anything, no one asked us anything. Several of us just moved down the line slowly figuring someone would acknowledge us eventually but no one did. When we got to the register no one was there. The couple in front of us waited for a while before someone came to the register and took the order. It took some time for them to get 2 desserts. We did get our order in reasonable time but the potatoes were tepid. The food was good otherwise.
