Nice team, amazing food, great flavors. We loved everything we ordered!! We got the pollo quesadilla grande, pastor burrito XL, and one traditional pollo taco with a side of rice and beans. The agua fresca, cucumber lime was fantastic. The rice and beans were different than I’ve generally come across, which was a nice surprise. Rice was soft, refried beans were more liquid. Curious how to recreate that at home, will have to research. For a food truck at a busy intersection, you can’t get a better atmosphere with the mountains. They have two picnic tables on-site.

This is best Mexican food around! So much flavor and the sauces are great. Tacos, burritos, tamales… It’s all good. They have one picnic table if you can catch it empty or get it to go.
