I have been on a quest to find authentic Michoacán style enchiladas in Sacramento. After doing a bunch of research looking at photos of enchiladas all across the county I stumbled upon this taqueria. I made the trek to the woodland gas station and wasn’t disappointed. For a gas station taqueria the enchiladas were delicious and some of the best authentic enchiladas I’ve had in Sacramento. They aren’t as good as Doña Mari’s in south natomas, but the Sazon was delicious and the staff were friendly.

Super convenient location inside of the Chevron. Cash only. Authentic food. You have the option of potatoes or hash browns in your breakfast burritos which is different and cool. Ordering is easy, food is prepared quickly. Give it a try and I’m sure you’re be pleased!

Pork carnitas tacos, Gorditas and salsas, lime soda and a beer! We had a delicious lunch, great service and friendly owners. We will be back!

Paid $26 for 4 tacos and enchiladas, the tacos are the burnt leftover pieces of meat from the lunch rush and the enchiladas are full of hardened chunks of meat. Not sure what this is but I don’t think it’s food. Skip this place.

Excellent authentic Mexican food! Chile relleno was great and I love that they have three different types of salsa and grilled onions and grilled jalapenos on the buffet bar for you to get as much as you like! I had three types of tacos and the pastor was the best followed by the carnitas.

The food was really good! But the service was horrendous. Super short with me and rude towards me, and it seemed unsanitary. Would recommend If you don’t care about customer service.

The BEST Mexican Food in Woodland California and, maybe the surrounding areas, that I have tried, ever! Definetly try their “chile aceite” for a delicious kick with a slight smokey flavor (just a tiny drop will do for those not acustomed to eating real hot spicy food) . Try the crispy edge Sopes, YUM! Oh and the Pelliscadas….mmmmmmmmmm. The breakfast burritos are extremely delicious and filling. The BEST!

Food and service were both terrible. The lady taking the orders was really rude to my white friend and nice enough to me (Mex) then to top it off the food looked as if it had been made in a microwave. Definitely not authentic mex.My friend didn’t even eat his tacos he threw them in the trash after one bite.
