10/10 definitely trying again and so should you! Guys… ‍♀️ this place HIT major in every aspect! I mean from entering we were greeted with smiling faces and positive energy, we were seated and someone came to the table immediately to take drink orders. My classic margarita was amazing and I was a lil when I left but thank GOD I wasn’t driving! I’m j/k but it was yummy and I ordered the fajitas and oh em gee! It was huuuuge, no way can 1 person eat this much… I definitely have food for today. They made sure we were taken care of the entire time, very attentive and they asked if they food was to our liking and it was!!! I will recommend this place to anyone and I loved the decor!

La Morenita Taqueria is a gem. I’ve always loved Mexican food, but this place has painted me into a corner. The food is simply amazing. the family that runs it is always happy to see people enjoying themselves. the restaurant is clean, and the location is perfect. they have a bar with salsas, limes, salad, and hot sauces. and if they don’t have the best horchata I’ve ever had then don’t wake me up. I love this place, dearly.

This is one of the best places to get Mexican food in Auburn. I got Sopes and my wife had the Pollo Loco dish and Morentia fries and everything was great. They have a large outdoor seating area. My server was patient and helpful as well.

I visited this restaurant recently and the service was awful. Ask the waiter for a recommendation for a drink all she said was get a tower that was $99.99. I ordered a blue drink as that’s what I’m used to getting when I go to a Mexican cuisine, my friend ordered their drink and food and I asked the waiter to give me a few minutes to look more into the menu. When I got my drink my drink was disgusting (at that time my friend received their food and drink as well) so I asked if I could exchange it for something else the waiter got someone else and they said no. My waiter left and never came back. I had to flag someone down just to place a food order. I ordered chicken tenders and fries due to the fact I was already there for 40 mins and no one placed my food order. Once we got our bill it not only did I have to pay for the drink that I only took two sips out of but pay an extra $2 for “extra” my waiter never came back so I had to flag someone else down to see what the “extra” was for. He proceeded to say it’s for a large kids tender meal. I never said large I just said tender meal with ranch please. Large remotely came out of my mouth. On top of getting charged extra for the tender meal they still proceeded to cut the tenders in half as if it was meant for a kid. Lastly I was charged $1.50 for each for my tenders. Like what was I suppose to dip the tenders in? I didn’t drink or eat at this restaurant but still ended up paying almost $25. Worst customer service ever. I would never be back. This place not only over charges you, the workers have an attitude but also is disgusting!
