Nice change of pace while we were in Boston. The tacos were great and the prices were amazing especially when you’re on Newbury street in Boston. The service was good as well. They only had Mexican beers which I liked as well. Tried a margarita and it was great!

Great little place centrally located on Newbury St. Indoor and outdoor seating. Tacos were excellent and similar to fare we got in Mexico earlier this year (where we were surprised to learn most “Mexican” food we get here in the States isn’t…). Their salsa was excellent. Great tequila selection. My husband found the brand he tried and liked in Mexico. Decent prices. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Authentic food, flavors are definitely there. Drinks were great as well. The service was extremely slow. It dampened our experience unfortunately. Especially after your meal when you’re ready for the check and it takes an hour for a server to check on you. However the food and drinks were very good which is why I would still recommend it.

Great location. Super courteous staff. Fabulous food. The online reviews are somehow underated. This places deserves a 4.4 star at least. The owner was great to talk to, got for us to try a few authentic dishes on the house. It was not about the money, it is always about the intension and the effort. Appreciate the sweet gesture. Chorizo taco is a must have..

Very nice place, and very friendly and welcoming personnel. Places to eat inside with AC or outside on the street, as you prefer. Recommended!

Bizarre this place has a 4-star average. We loved La Neta! Everything tasted like quality homemade Mexican food.

Before I moved to Boston from the south, everyone warned me about the Mexican food, telling me how bad it was in New England. I thought they were being taco snobs. Sadly, this was the first Mexican restaurant I tried in Boston, and now I’m a taco snob. The “queso” (a loaded term, I know) was just concession stand nacho cheese. Which I love! But only when I’m having nachos at the high school football game. My spicy margarita was fantastic. Maybe go for drinks and skip the food.

I’m Mexican and I know about how a taco has to taste, I got so disappointed about the tacos here, el pastor taco so dry, birria doesn’t tested like one, corn on a cob with mayo?? and I don’t want to mention that I found a hair in my horchata that was so gross.

Cute Mexican food stop with great and cheap tacos! The food came out very quickly despite the restaurant being busy. We ordered fish, steak, shredded beef tacos, and cheese quesadilla. The food was great and Margarita was tasty. Victoria- the waitress- is super sweet and gave us great recommendations. Kids appreciate. Will be back
