Went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Chose it based on reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor. We had a spectacular meal! We brought vino from the cellar (’93 Haut Brion) which was treated with all the proper respect by the manager/sommelier Dillon. We shared the Hudson Valley Duck Liver Pate (which was more of a mousse) and the Baby Iceberg Roquefort Salad, both of which were extraordinary. For our mains I had the Grilled Veal Chop which had cooked perfectly and came with a delicious mushroom cream sauce. My lovely bride had the rack of lamb, also delicious and cooked perfectly. It came with work a lamb jus reduction, potatoe puree, ratatouille and roasted garlic. For dessert we had the chocolate souffle, to die for! While the service was a group effort, our waiter was Juan, who was excellent. The service was attentive without being over done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both dinning experiences at La Noivelle Maison have been wonderful. Tonight was a special anniversary dinner which could not have been better. The bread, octopus, fish, and duck were all exceptional. Hostesses were friendly. Staff was attentive. The menu has many more options I can’t wait to try as they are not items found on many menus in Boca.

Having lived in Europe for over 20 years and being married to a French National this restaurant may be considered luxurious to other folks, we were not impressed. Additionally I felt that there was a fine line between attentive wait staff and intrusive. If we are having a family meal stop coming over continually. Again nice to be doted over, but not excessively. I loved the escargots, but the steak tartare was horrible. It had no texture. It was whipped and had no taste or savor to it. And although BR will be a consistent sojourn for the next couple of years, I will not go back. Rather spend that money at a less pretentious place and enjoy myself way more. Nothing even remotely nostalgic of European style or gastronomic delights. C’è la vie!

Great atmosphere, menu, and service. An excellent choice sipping wine at the bar, or for dining in or outdoors. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We shared the steak tartare with caviar, and smoked salmon appetizer, followed by the rack of lamb, and the scallops over truffle risotto, which was a special this evening. We topped it off with the bananas foster soufflé. Nothing disappointed, even the bread served after we were seated was good. Would go back for dinner, and the bar looked inviting, rather than an afterthought. Bathrooms were well kept as well.
