We were out as a family as needed a bite. This was the closest location for Mexican Cuisine. While nasty with rain outside, the inside was warm and welcoming. We were greeted immediately and seated. Drinks came quickly but we did have to wait a little longer than normal for salsa and chips. We ordered cheese dip and placed our orders. Kids lunch came first and that was a great sign. We had to reorder the cheese dip but that’s okay. I say that because even though it took a little longer than normal, the food wasbpiping hot and delicious!!!!! I can honestly say, I was extremely pleased. Service was great and no major complaints. Bathroom was clean as well.

Burrito finds this to be the best local Mexican restaurant for taquitos. If you are in the mood for taquitos, this is the place to go. If you don’t want taquitos, there are better options for Mexican in the area. Dumpling warns that the chicken is dry some times, and he wishes they came with a dipping sauce. He does not like their rice, but cannot put his finger on what about it is off. Similar to Plaza Azteca, they give free white sauce. Dumpling likes their’s here. Burrito appreciates the fact that they give regular size, ample portions of salsa all at the same time. However, their cheese dip or queso is super runny and disappointing every time. The last two times we’ve been, the service has been super lack luster and disappointing, e.g., water not refilled, etc.

Friendly and attentive staff.the food portions are huge. My daughter and I split a steak quesadilla which was off the charts good. Their tap selection isn’t large but they have several types of bottled beer. Overall it’s a nice place for some good authentic Mexican food.

We love the food and go several times a month on average. If you order takeout be sure to check that you’ve got all of youritems though. This place gets super busy and has very fast service but it’s not always 100% accurate. We don’t mind though, because we really love the food – you’ve got a try the Mexican style, guacamole, so fresh and delicious!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Ordered the Molcajete, frozen raspberry and mango margaritas. A feast for two! Molcajete was phenomenal, rich in flavor. The cactus was tender, two stuffed peppers were spot on! Shrimp, chicken and steak overload! Steak taste like ribeye. This dish could easily feed 4! I would recommend to anyone!

This place is one of the best Mexican experience restaurants around. The staff especially makes the place what it is. Everyone is so friendly and they have people like Jose welcoming you in and make sure you are happy with everything. Great customer service and the food is packed with flavor.
