I have been so excited to try this Mexican Restaurant! My best friend had been raving for months about how great the food and drinks were, and La Patrona showed out. The waitresses were so kind and attentive. The chips came out fresh and warm and we were presented with three different salsas. I ordered the Birria tacos with rice and beans and my mom ordered the Al Pastor and chicken, mannnn those Al Pastor tacos were phenomenal and loaded with flavor! My Birria Tacos were also delicious, but I regretted not getting the Al Pastor. I can’t wait to go back!

Was looking for a nice low-key restaurant that has great food other than a chain restaurant being new to the area. Decided to give La Patrona a chance since we were in the mood for tacos, and it blew our expectations away. Pulling up outside seems a bit misleading and makes you think if it’s a good place. But it sure is a diamond in the rough, great drinks, amazing food and have yet to have any bad experience of any sort. This is the 5th time coming La Patrona and they never disappoint. Absolutely the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! I had the Torta De Res O Pollo. The chicken tasted like it had been grilled over a wood fire. The blend of spices and textures was amazing and so fresh. Too much food for me so I took half home for lunch tomorrow. Even the fries were some of the best I’ve ever had and were crispy to perfection. My friends raved about their meals as well. My compliments to the chef! The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I also got my first taste of Mexican tamarind soda. I highly recommend it! Not crowded at all at lunchtime. They don’t know what they are missing! Thank you! I will be back!

Wow! I wish we had found this place when we first moved here. Best authentic (and actually authentic) Mexican food we’ve had in the northeast. Everything we had was fresh, made in house, and delicious. I had the enchiladas de la crema, and they were perfect. The fajitas were fresh and sizzling. The guacamole was to die for. The service was amazing, and coupled with the stunning food, guarantees we’ll be back. Excellent!!!!

Very authentic Mexican cuisine. The carnitas, chimichangas and guacamole were outstanding. The shrimp fajitas and one of the special margaritas not so good. The fajitas lacked flavor and punch. The margarita was lacking tequila. The standard margarita was fine. We would return but stay clear of the fajitas.
