Wow! I was in the mood for tacos today so I googled tacos with the best pics and reviews. I can say that I will return! The flavors to the birria meat and asada meat were really good. I got the 6 taco plate and shared with my picky mexican mom. She LOVED it!!! Thats odd of her to like other peoples cooking!

First time ever visiting in the area and I have to say this is A MUST HAVE in Midland, Texas. Randomly found this place while searching for birria while in Midland. OMG !!!!!! The service is amazing super friendly staff, food truck is appealing and the food is finger licking gooooooooood! Let me just sum it up in one word. INCREDIBLE. I just ordered the Queso Birria tacos and I am really really blown away. I have not had Mexican food this good in the area. Beans are 10/10 taste like my moms. Rice and the birria with consume is just perfect! The salsas actually have flavor and spice not like every other Mexican restaurant and food truck in the area. I definitely recommend this place and the bonus, the owners are super friendly.

Let me tell everyone: we have been in Midland for over three years and have eaten at many, many restaurants-Latino and others. La Patrona is the BEST FOOD we have had. I have had their chicken mulitas twice now-I cannot tell you how flavorful and delicious these are! Their tomatillo and red sauce has the best flavor in the world and I love how hot the red sauce is! They custom made two Vegetarian Burritos for us-beans, rice, grilled onions and corn, added tomatoes and lettuce-my wife is a vegan and loved it! Our son had their taco plate with double rice-he devoured all but saved some of the rice for tomorrow! He loved it. Finally, let me tell you all how lovely these people are: very nice, friendly, accomadating and more. Highly recommended-A+++++. Keep up the good work! I would post pictures, but we at it all!
