La Paz blew me away! I’m visiting from the Bay Area in California where the Mexican/El Salvadoran food is pretty hard to beat, but Marshall is hiding a crown jewel. The fajitas were dry and over cooked. No moisture at all. Could have been freeze dried. Shrimp was like cold rubber. Took 25 minutes from the time the first place dropped to the last service at the table. Took 20 minutes to get tortillas for our fajitas. By the the beans were stone cold and most of the food too. I LOVE La Paz! El Salvadoran food is so good, and this place is truly authentic. I just got back from a trip to El Salvador where I had papusas everyday, and the ones here at La Paz taste just like them- authentic and savory. I love the food, owners and staff here.
