I used to like this place. My husband and I used to come once a month. But today the waitress got on my nerve. We came with my dog so we wanted to sit down outside. She approached to me and said “I don’t serve. People outside. It was my 5th time going to the restaurant, specially because I love karaoke. I have told so many people about this great atmosphere….but as of today I’m so disappointed with the service we received today. We were removed from the table I had with my family, we were told it was a maximum allowance per table of 2 hours. I’m still with out understanding why we were removed from the restaurant if we were consuming and having a great time( there was no people waiting to be seated).I Invited lots of people from my office, but as of today I changed my mind. I will let them know about the poor service this restaurant provides….

Came in a Monday, there were quite a few people. The karaoke was good. Lots of people singing was very nice. The food was good, drinks were good. Good service. The only thing is the karaoke music was super loud couldn’t really chat. Would come here again though.

I have been to this place twice. The first time I went, the bread from my torta was burnt. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I decided to go once again. I ordered to go, and even though I had been there waiting for longer than most I was the last one to get my order. Their costumer service is terrible, they really don’t care about making them feel welcomed. I will not be going back to this place.
