Absolutely delicious food! The waitress even gave us tips on how to eat the Birria Tacos, which are to die for! Not a single complaint to be had. It’s BYOB, which is nice. Pricing is super fair. The place is small, so be aware of that. There are about 8 or so tables.

Went to La Perla for lunch and it was such an incredible treat. If you’re looking for a place where the food is fantastic and the service is equally great look no further. Mariana, restaurant owner and our server made us feel right at home. Even walked us through how to truly enjoy those Birria Tacos we ordered. We will be back! The food was 10/10 but even if it wasn’t I’d come just to have a conversation with her. I felt like we were in Mariana’s home! We had guacamole, Mexican salad, fish tacos, rice, Birria tacos, tres leches, and Jamaica (an organic, low sugar homemade drink)

Seriously, I think the barbecoa tacos were the best tacos I’ve ever had!! We went back again the next day. My four year old loved her beans and ‘orange rice’ too. The owner was very helpful and friendly and it was crowded both days – clearly a local favorite.

Went there about a week ago. Was just driving through on 78 to Pittsburgh PA from Jersey & really wanted authentic Mexican food so searched up a few places & chose here. Super nice staff. The lady was teaching everyone to eat the birria tacos properly (sip the soup don’t dip the taco apparently -but I did both)

If you want authentic south of the border food this is your spot. The birria tacos were out of this world. The fish tacos were perfectly cooked and the service was outstanding. I can finally say that I know how to eat Birria tacos authentically as our server taught us how to do it. They take a lot of pride in their food here and my girlfriend and I loved it.
