We went to La Pizza, la pasta at Eataly in the afternoon. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was very busy, but did an excellent job. I would say the food was average at best. The meatballs were a little bit on the chewy side. The ravioli was underfilled. The salad was just OK. There’s many other better Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.

Went to La Pizza La Pasta within Eataly Las Vegas. We made a reservation online. It was an extremely busy place, so be sure to make reservations at the restaurant of your choice. We got seated within 5 mins, but were worried that we wouldn’t finish on time as we had to make it to our show in 1 hour. However surprisingly enough, given how busy it was – the service was extremely fast and efficient. Food and service was fantastic.

Calamari appetizer was delicious, I hesitated over the price but the portion size was generous. Almost enough to enjoy as a main dish. Our pizza was good and all the other dishes coming out to tables looked well prepared as well. I could do without the cheapo chairs but the food is just fine.

Al dente spaghetti in a nice light pomodoro sauce not your typical Olive Garden kind. Expect to pay $$$ and smaller portions and if you want to have a taste of authentic Italian cuisine. (Based on living at least a decade in an old Italian neighborhood)

Located attached the the Park MGM is Eataly and a handful of Italian food choices. We choose to have lunch at La Pizza e La Pasta. The carpaccio was hands down delicious. I highly recommend starting your meal with the carpaccio. When each had a pasta. The flavor was good. We both love flavor and I would say both pasta dishes weren’t a flavor explosion. Also when I think Italian and pasta I think large portions and the portions in my opinion were small. I’m not sure if I would return for another meal when there are so many choices in Las Vegas. The tiramisu left a lot to be desired. We were told it was made in house which I believe that but it was served in a jar. If you have had good tiramisu you know what I’m describing is the more fast efficient way of making tiramisu rather than my opinion of traditional. I was so disappointed by it it didn’t even make it to my picture reel.

The ravioli was delicious! Would’ve been great if it was a larger portion though. Good overall dining experience otherwise, with well made drinks and attentive service.

I already wrote this review in the Eataly Google page. But I’ll say it again, napoletan style pizza has taken over as the best style of pizza for me. The San Marzano tomatoes truly makes any other pizza sauce taste like GARBAGE. I will never look at tomatoes the same ever again. They have a wide arrange of pasta. I was expecting a much simpler sauce for the short rib ragu dish, but it was pretty loaded with flavor

I always feel rushed when I’m here. The ambiance and location are great, but the food and drinks are just mediocre. I am a pasta lover though, so I’m pretty easy to please with pastas. I’d still come back for the convenience whenever I stay at Park MGM, but I’ll be honest that there’s nothing to memorable here.

We had no reservation, but the wait was a quick 15 minutes.

The food was great and freshly made I could really taste Italy in my mouth. The food was about 30-40 dollars a person, although that is a little bit on the pricy side you can really see how nice the pizza is made. I would never pay that much for a pizza and starter but when it comes to real food and when you can really taste the freshness and quality I’m willing to pay.
