Food was decent enough (but really expensive for what it was and the fact you are sitting in the middle of a grocery shop). Service was very poor. The two meals came about 15 minutes apart and they tried to clear plates while we were in the middle of eating. I noticed a table of about 10 people and their meals were also coming at random times. Not somewhere I would recommend or go back to.

I don’t often write poor reviews, but feel compelled at this point. I have now been to La Pizza La Pasta in Eataly twice now. Both times the food was pretty crapola. $30 bucks for some flavorless pasta. $25 bucks for a soggy pizza. Wouldn’t care about the price if the food was decent. It just hasn’t been any good at all. With so many great dinning options around it’s hard to think of any reason to give it another shot.

Probably the worst salat I have ever eaten in a restaurant. We ordered a salat, the leaves of the lettuce were old (4-5) days old, and it looked very much like leaves from a ready-made salat. Nothing else but some chickpeas on top, terrible “insalata verde” for 20 USD. The person that booked the place did not obviously read the reviews, what a mistake. Avoid!!
