I loved the restaurant, it was our first time there and the food is very tasty, I highly recommend it. It’s really fresh and delicious. We liked the fact that they gave us shrimp broth in the beginning. The drinks are super tasty too! We will definitely come back. Nereida was our waitress and she was amazing, very friendly and always attentive to everything!

Service was very slow. The table were cute shaped like a surf board but awkward to sit at. They didn’t have the soft serve margarita, so I ordered a frozen papaya drink which tasted amazing. I also had fish and chips which was good. We also had to ask for chips and dip which we were supposed to get and didn’t know until we saw another table get chips and salsa as soon as they were seated by our same waitress. Oh yeah, and the food is overpriced for quality. I would get drinks from there but the food isn’t worth the high price.

Atmosphere was great, I got the tuna steak. It was overcooked. I had to look at the menu again to see what the description was for how they prepared it. It said that it’s seared, which usually means crispy on the outside, pink on the inside.

I’m at La Playa Fresh Seafood newly open in the formally known as boiler 65. Inside is a tropical island decor with a Latin vibe. I order the Camarones in heat ,it’s shrimp cover in sweet & sour diablo sauce. Comes with verde rice and mix greens. My gf ordered the tiradito sashimi tropical. A plate with thinly slice tuna and salmon covered in a tropical passion fruit mango sauce. Complemented with crunchy radish cucumbers and avocados. Server was very nice and help us with the menu. The staff made walk around to see if u was cool. I want everyone to stop in to La Playa and check it out. My new place for good food and a vibe

This place was such a breath of fresh air! The layout and the way they put the theme together is amazing, not to mention the food is so delicious.
