It took at least 30 minutes before our server came to take our order. We got the 24oz Delmonico and the 3lb lobster. The steak was phenomenal and cooked great, the lobster was overcooked and chewy. We waited about 15 minutes to tell the server about the lobster but he never came over the entire time so we just ate it. Anything we needed we had to get his attention for, he was never around. We had to ask for refills on water, ask for bread when we got there. After dinner we waited another 20 minutes for our check.

Excellent service and amazing view of LA. I got the ribeye and the mac and cheese as a side. Ribeye was good but pricey. Mac and cheese was awesome, especially with the added touch of bacon on top. I’m not sure I would run back for the ribeye as I have had better for much less at other places. I would like to try it again for other menu items.

Our server Maria was wonderful! They did not have the bottle of wine we wanted but she brought out something similar for us to try and choose to get that bottle. Then she made our anniversary dinner very special by bringing us dessert. I had the lobster and my husband had the steak. Everything was delicious and the views were also not bad to look at. We would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon with friends.

We had special Birthday celebration for our close friend. She’s been wanting to go to Bonaventure for awhile. Turns out it’s been close down for about 2 years since Pandemic. At least we had blast Birthday dinner at LA Prime. Excellent service Most importantly the Birthday girl is happy

First time came here. I thought the place would be super busy so I made reservations in advanced. Well, when we got there at 6:30 pm only 3 tables there including us. It’s too eerie quiet, there’s no music playing in the background, we only heard people talking softly. Steak was good, the experience was ok, not great.

Every dish was cooked to perfection. Three of us had filet mignon & lobster. I asked for my meat to be cooked medium, my brother asked for medium rare, my aunt asked for medium well. Each filet mignon was cooked exactly how we ordered it. The lobster bisque was creamy with chunks of lobster. The shrimp dish was exquisite. The strawberry and banana crème brûlée was a different twist from the traditional crème brûlée, but it was delicious Our servers Norma & Roberto provided exceptional service.
