This is one if my favorite mom and pops Dominican Restuarant. Food is Fresh and the natural Juices are pure. I rate it at 5 stars because the food quality is excellent and the prices are fair. Defenitely beats there competitor across the street which has the same food just 40% higher in cost. Also this restuarant has excellent parking.

I ordered a pan con bistec and this is what I got. The tomato was bigger than the steak.

I liked the old management, this new management prepares food too late and there’s only 1 waitress who does all the work. Need more people on the floor. At least she’s nice. I liked the old management, it was more family friendly and now it’s more bar looking and rowdy. Also, the portions of food became a lot smaller and the music that plays is wayyy too loud, I couldn’t here anything but the music. I saw a few customers walk out. I wish the old administration was back

The food is always fresh and taste like home. Mangu is something they know how to do very well. The quality of the food is really good for the price. I have being going for the last 8 years. I used to go there to save money and eat well while in college. Now I have to stop there every now and then.

The food took too long to come out and after waiting it would have been worth it had it been fresh. Rice and beans served cold at room temperature, the grilled chicken was cols as well as made an hour or two before I ordered it or left over from another order. I am usually served latin food steaming hot as it leaves the kitchen and arrives at your table. We ordered soup thT never came so we had to cancel order. My friends ordered pork chops that were curled from over cooking and tough as leather. And please at least have brand name condiments like Hellmans mayo and Heinz ketchup. Not the off brands that Noone has ver heard of from the .99 cent store.

Under New management. They will have you waiting 30 minutes for your food, and then still come to ask you about what you ordered. Two other customers walked out too. It’s sad because i have been coming here for the last 15 years. I have to find a new spot now.
