My friend was hungry and stated said let’s go to La Rosa Chicken & Grill. This was my first time visiting this food place. Upon entering I noticed the place was big and very clean. It was not crowded when we went which was on a Sunday around 1:00 PM. We decided to dine in.

I enjoy the food, however idk if they are always high or what but no matter what when I order online from there, ALWAYS there is an incorrect item. I ordered a wrap and receiver a sandwich. The wrap was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato, what did the sandwich that I got come with instead, pickles!! This is just one time of many this has happened. Just do better and read the tickets correctly. Blows my mind for sure and kind of a let down.

While sitting in the dining room. All I could hear was pans and cooking utensils falling on the floor. I was hoping these items weren’t picked up and used to prepare food. I only went here after having food from here at a friend’s house. After, the experience this is a place that I will gladly skip. No food for me at this place.

absolutely terrible customer service. my co workers and i order here often, never had a problem. i call them to let them know they forgot an item on our orders, for one they immediately lied and said they packaged the item. made it seem like it was my fault. the guy on the phone was rude about the whole situation. for the customer service alone i wish i could give them zero stars.

After a hard day at work decided to treat the family etc. Ordered online.. anyways, the food was made incorrectly. Mayonnaise, gross and dangerous. They need to know SOME allergies can be life threatening. Sooo, I called, the guy that answered had a thick accent but it was clear he became argumentative. I had to go back..BEFORE doing so I attempted to clarify but the rude guy hung up!!When I got there – rude boy repeated the order incorrectly AGAIN. For those prices service MUST be better. I’ve not gone since then and will NOT GO AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT THIS LOCATION.

I was in the area and hungry around 11:30am. I wanted something a bit more healthy than a burger and fries. So, I decided to get some rotisserie chicken and vegetables. I actually got rotisserie chicken, string beans, and stuffing. I got some barbecue sauce on the side to pour over the rotisserie chicken. The chicken and the string beans we’re very flavorful but a little salty for my taste. The stuffing was very good and it also came with a small piece of cornbread. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stop by and get some more of deer food. The staff was very friendly and during my time there the place was not crowded at all. I saw people coming in to have takeout. I’m not sure if it did get crowded during the noon rush.
