We ordered the Steak Enchiladas Verdes and Steak Sandwich. Both were tasty and sizzling hot. The addition of Hot Sauce Chili Habanero gave the sandwich a heat scale if you like spice. The steak itself was bigger than the bun and not chopped so eating was challenging and the excess juices made the bun a bit soggy at places.. The enchiladas were delicate and delicious, perfectly sauced. The host was gracious and friendly. Highly recommend.

Love, love, love this place. Since they’ve opened, we’ve visited 10 times now, and every time we do it leaves us super happy and satisfied. Come here for breakfast!! Burritos are awesome, salsa is outstanding, and food is hot, fresh, tasty and authentic. If this place was closer to my home, I’d be doomed! Did I mention breakfast?!

Thanks for opening in my neighborhood. Loved the food and the service. Everything we had had bold flavors and was delicious. The drinks were top shelf. Their menu is loaded with classic Mexican options and not much of the Tex-mex slop served at most restaurants.

La Ruleta is not the fanciest, most elegant Mexican restaurant you’ll find. However: the friendly, welcoming atmosphere is unbeatable. The two ladies (owner and daughter?) welcomed me like a guest, not just a customer. And the food was tasty and well-prepared. You can’t go wrong visiting this place.

Place just opened, went by to give it a try for dinner. Tacos al Pastor were tasty! Friendly service. Complimentary chicken soup was a homey highlight. Will definitely be interested to come back and test more menu options!

I love Mexican food so I thought I would give this place a try. The chips tasted stale, the salsa had very little spice and next to no chunks seemed very watered down. The service was very fast paced and a bit pushy. The meals were very expensive as pretty much everything right now. Our meals had decent flavor yet seemed microwave and extremely chewy tortillas. Not my best experience at a Mexican restaurant. No need to go back there.

Fantastic food, music, and waitress! Stephanie was very personable and gave us recommendations on house specials (the house margherita is excellent and you can ask her to make it strong) and all kinds of Mexican food and language. This has become a must stop in our way up north to either Vancouver or the outlets!
