Great taco truck located right next to the new fleet coffee. They have excellent tacos. The atmosphere here is great. Perfect for cool summer mornings and anytime it’s not feeling like the surface of the sun in Austin. La Santa boasts special corn tortillas. It’s really awesome. Go check it out.

Just had the best breakfast taco ever at La Santa Barbacha. I’ve tried probably 30 taco trucks since moving to Austin 7 years ago and this would rank in the top 5 easily! It is dog friendly, there are nice tables to sit at, and nice turf to sit on in the shade if the tables are full. The courtyard is fenced in and right next to a cute vintage store you can pop in while you wait for your order to be ready. Excited this place is in my neighborhood and i will definitely be back often!

Tried all 3 barbacoa breakfast tacos and they were delicious and beautifully prepared. Salsas and tortillas were fantastic too! Service was so friendly and everything was ready quickly. Enjoyed our tacos in the shaded picnic tables. Highly recommend!

Some Slammin Good Barbacoa for sure. Great friendly service…It did take a bit for the food to come out, but we can roll with that as it was super fresh and piping hot. I will take Quality of Quantity All the way…. Everything was fantastic, but the Bowl was near life changing. It truly doesn’t get any better then that.

10 outta 10 barbacoa tacos and strawberry lemonade agua fresca, and that’s coming from an El Paso native, tacos were NOT greasy at all! Only bad thing is limited sitting (only two tables)… I can see this place getting popular fast so wait times might be an issue too.

Absolutely FIRE!! Hands down best food truck I’ve ever been to. My gf and I each ordered the Barbacha Chilaquiles Bowl and shared a Quesabarbacha. They were both delicious and would recommend both highly. I will definitely be back.
