We go here a good amount. The food is always good and is brought out to you pretty quickly. We always have leftovers to take home. The portions are a good size. The customer service has always been great and welcoming. The margaritas are really tasty too!! Definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Definitely a family friendly spot.

The restaurant wasn’t full or busy. I was sat toward the back of the restaurant and took awhile before the server came by. Didn’t get too many chips. Queso wasn’t hot more so just warm. Ordered the steak taco salad. The steak was flavorful, but it had waaaaay more lettuce than anything else and the shell was unfortunately inedible.

My family was just passing through Annapolis for a night and teh kids requested Chick-fil-A and my wife and I wanted a beverage! La Sierra was great– the entire staff was so kind and our bartender Toby was the awesome! He made great margarita’s and discussed/recommended particular mezcals! We had a few rounds of drinks, chips and salsa. order doordash for the kids, but also had quesadillas, and shrimp tacos! Just excellent and a hidden gem– we went back to our hotel and asked them to update their dining recommendations for the area. A great bar and authentic experience!

So bummed that this location has been open for 4 years and we did not know it. To begin with the restaurant was super clean with large booths. Our server, Paco was very nice and very helpful. So far in Annapolis area this restaurant had the most authentic Mexican and flavorful food. Try it all but finish with the Sopapilla’s. Definitely in the top 3 we have ever had.
