The bartender Meaghan is very nice and friendly, love her! She made me the best spicy margarita ever I had Chicken Fajitas, they were not the best tho. I was expecting to get more chicken, and with more flavor. But I still recommend it! Also there was a guy playing guitar for customers and he sang a beautiful Mexican song to me:)

Truly great authentic Mexican. If you’re really lucky you’ll end up there in a night where they have the birria tacos on special. The soup was delicious and the margaritas are better then what you should expect. Best part of the whole experience was the service. We will mark this place down for our next trip through New England – maybe we will even go again on our way back home!

The service was even better, we had Gianna as a server and she was very nice and super fast. So delicious!! I am visiting my sister who lives in Beverly, and she & her husband took us here last night for dinner. Not only was the food delicious & margaritas great, but the staff was so so kind! They give yummy complimentary salsa, and dinner portions were incredibly generous, we even left with leftovers! This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever I visit. Such a gem!

The restaurant is wonderfully decorated with carved, painted art on the seatbacks in the booths. I highly recommend the Callitos Tampiquenos, 4 large scallops in a mushroom chipotle sauce over rice. Also, don’t forget to check out the vault from the restaurant’s previous life as a bank.
