Fantastic Italian food worth every penny, if you’re ever in Long Island! Monday a week ago went to dinner with a couple friends and enjoyed everything we ate and drank. We had a fresh Mozzarella appetizer and calamari to start, followed by wine, then I had a delicious pappardelle noodles with short ribs. We shared a few desserts at the end, not sure what they were called, but all of them were wonderful as well. If I’m ever back in the area and want an excellent dinner I know where to go again!

This is a great place for family dinners. It’s lively, friendly, exactly what you would expect at an Italian family dinner. The pizzas are “chef’s kiss”. Very big with delicious fresh toppings. The crust is slighty charred and crunchy but soft on the top with sauce and mozzarella cheese. The pizzas are made FRESH TO ORDER so they will take 30-45 minutes to cook. DO NOT COME IN LOOKING FOR FOOD RIGHT NOW. Sit back, have a drink, appetizer and enjoy your meal!

The drive here is worth the gas! I have never been disappointed with anything I or my dining companions have ordered. Their Eggplant Rollitini is one of the best I’ve ever had. The grilled Veal Bruschetta was exceptional. The ambiance is Tuscany and the staff is very attentive. Always a dining pleasure every visit.

We’ve been to la strada before but attending today for our daughters first communion exceeded expectations. Food and service was a 12/10. Truly a wonderful experience and I couldn’t possibly recommend them higher for a date night or an event.
