The Adventure Continues. Purple Haze and SBT went for a day ride up the Coastline to Fernandina Beach. It was a hot day and it was time to grab a meal. Tacos are a favorite to the both of us. Saw the reviews and rating, so we put it to the test. Amazing. I got the Special for Wednesday and it was incredible, light and filling. Haze got the Loaded Nachos (chicken) and finished the whole thing. We even got chips and queso. Haze is very particular about his queso but couldn’t stop talking about it. Really delicious! Easy to choose something to order for each person in our family here. Everything tasted so fresh. Not a single complaint. So spacious inside too. Will eat here again!

The food at La SuRe is AMAZING! Authentic, fresh and delicious. The tacos are fabulous as well as the Burrito! They smother the Burrito with this Chipotle sauce…. mmmmmmm nothing short of genius. They also have a nice little market attached filled with fun treasures.

Amazing food. The melon aqua Fresca was delicious. Trio queso, guacamole and salsa was a great start to our meal.

Excellent food. Nice people. I’m no judge of “authentic” Mexican food but it’s definitely not Taco Bell, which is a good thing.

The food was good. There wasn’t a large variety of combination plates. The price was very reasonable.

We had the pollo asado and an assortment of tacos. All were well prepared and tasted great. There is a small tienda here also where we found a bag of very good Honduran coffee.

A hidden gem of old school mexican food. The tacos were double wrapped, simple and reminds me of the street vendors in Mexico. El pastor, cheek and stomach ( yes ) were spicy , sweet and authentic. Fresh guacamole a must. The shrimp and chicken tacos looked fantastic.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world! I cannot preach this place enough. I have been eating here for years at least once per week. The owners and service are always wonderful. When I went there for lunch on my birthday this week they brought me their tres leche cake and it was so good . I recommend the carnitas tacos with rice and beans and their homemade salsa.
