The food was really good. I am not so sure about the service. The first server we were assigned was a bit rude and weird and she came off as very unprofessional (maybe she was just super tired!) But luckily she was switched and the second one was awesome! Very helpful and sweet. One star missing because it was actually over priced. But other than that, it was a decent place to dine in!

Don’t have anything bad to say about this location. The waiters/waitresses we get do their job well. Sometimes, there’s a language barrier, but it’s not bad. Your ordering experience may be smoother if you know and speak Spanish. Food is great, staff is friendly, and service is overall good.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve ordered an appetizer, had it promptly delivered, and then after asking for a moment to look at the menu was given over 30 minutes. I’d say it’s a 75/25 split on language barrier (equal parts my fault) and a server trying to get side work done so they can leave. Which I get. But when you’re forced to wave to get someone’s attention (which I really dislike doing) and they put their head down after seeing you, I don’t know what to do to get management’s attention, other than leaving a review. Anyway, I dropped a $20 on the table and left.

First time trying this place with my sister, the service was just not well. Our server was very quiet didn’t smile. We had to call the host every single time we needed something. No refills offered, not checked in on once! We got fajita tortas and this was the fajita in it like really burnt and dry. The only good thing was the charro beans and horchata. DONT RECOMMEND!

Food was good but service was not. Rosita was my server and was chismeando {talkinggossiping}at the hostess stand. Tried waiving her down a few times but nothing. Eventually had to get my own beer at the bar. Mgr please let her know I usually tip 25 to 50 %. Ask the bartender. I only tipped rosita 10% she should ask the hostess for the rest. Must have been a good story.
