$60 for chips & queso, bbq sandwich & fries & one beer!!! You order from your phone, they bring your food & drinks. Our queso was far to hit for our family & our chips were burnt. Bottom line… just eat before you get to this airport. Price gouging is real here & the food isn’t even that good. Our food runner was nice enough. I say food runner bc she didn’t wait on our table, only ran our food out, but they ask you to tip when you pay on your phone.

Their prices are criminal, and they told me what I know to be sough dough bread is actually Panini bread! Go figure, I guess insult is better than honesty these days! She could’ve just told me they were out of Panini bread.

I had the most comical experience. Everyone in line was confused about how to order and where to sit. Once I ordered my sandwich and sat down, a worker said I could not sit there because I was taking up a seat at their bar. I looked to my left and right, and thought she was joking. I was literally the only one at the bar at 8am in the morning. To top it off, she had a manager come tell me the same thing. She said, “that’s why we ask you if this is to go or not when you ordered.“ I kindly said no one asked me, to which she replied, I was over there and I heard him ask you.

Never waste your money here. Waited for a minute or two until the ‘cooks’ finished talking to each other before they addressed me. I ordered a sandwich and received two toasted halves of ciabatta with one or two ingredients on it. No cheese that belonged on the sandwich, one piece of onion and one piece of red pepper. Not one slice, ONE PIECE. These people think that because they’re in the airport they can give customers crappy food, charge an arm and a leg and get away with it. Oh, and you can’t buy a bottle of water for less than $4 here. Don’t encourage these people, spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible service. Premade food that somehow took forever. Overpriced, and the employees provided an atrocious experience. I should have known they don’t take pride in their work when I walk up to a beautiful display case full of browned, oxidized, stale examples of their offerings. Total waste of $20.

Dirty floor, unwiped tables. There’s no excuse for this kind of uncleanliness. Also, when the lady who was collecting the trash asked the staff here whether they had chicken salad, the staff just ignored her. Rudeness to others bothers me as much as rudeness to me. Spend your money elsewhere, and @RDU, find a better restaurant tenant.
