This place is outstanding! Finally some authentic Mexican food in Northern VA that’s not a chain. The tacos are bomb, the guac is perfectly spicy and I’m telling you you have to try the papas (the little spicy potatoes). I think I could have eaten a bushel of those alone.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Taqueria, and I must say, their authentic Mexican flavors left me craving for more. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the al pastor tacos served on warm corn tortillas. These were hands down the best al pastor tacos I’ve ever tasted. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere further added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. If you’re a fan of authentic Mexican tacos, La Taqueria is a must-visit destination.

We got every taco, the Torta, chips & Guac, and all the salsas. Overall, great taste and will certainly be coming back! The carnitas, carne asada, and Al pastor were fantastic. I wasn’t a big fan of the chicken, I think it needed more flavor and moisture, but that’s just me. The Torta was delicious and the chips and Guac did not disappoint at all. Thank you!

Tacos generally aren’t my jam, but these were pretty solid, and the atmosphere is cool and quite clean. The major positive shock was when they offered some complementary soup that was pretty tasty. I don’t think I’ve had that happen to me in… maybe ever. And no, it wasn’t offered after a complaint, they just simply offered it after we checked out.

First time here and we had a really good experience. It’s great to finally have a good option for authentic Mexican tacos in Leesburg downtown. We had asada, pastor and carnitas and all of them were tasty. The staff was also friendly and food was ready super quick.

We stopped by today for Taco Tuesday and we are so so glad we did!!! Best part of my day! Eating these wonderful tacos was truly amazing! Ana was so kind and helpful and I can tell that she truly cares about this restaurant. The decor is very beautiful and there is even outdoor seating! The service was very quick and they even had all the salsa options for you to add to the tacos. We will definitely be back soon! Keep up the great work!

Best street/traditional tacos around!! Grab a couple before you walk around downtown leesburg. One thing of a note- would have been great to have a vegetarian and pescatarian option ☺️

Just had El Pastor, Carnitas and guacamole and chips..so fresh and delicious. we’re out of their spicy potatoes, but we will be back to try the corn and other items. The Coca Cola was the real thing with cane sugar not corn syrup.Guacamole was delicious.Homemade salsas really good, one had a smoky chipotle flavor.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time on Cinco de Mayo and were quite impressed! I especially loved the salsa bar! We were a bit sad that a couple options had already sold out by mid afternoon, but the tacos we did have (carnitas and carne asada) were amazing! We also tried the Papas…with a warning that they were spicy….but they were perfect! Well cooked and so flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. We’ll definitely be back!!
