First time visiting and first impression the place had plenty of guest eating so food had to be good. We sat down and immediately our drink order was taken and menus handed to us. Menu consists of your traditional valley foods tacos, baked potato, quesadillas etc. the complimentary item was a cup of beans that tasted good, we enjoyed them. Prices are competitive and service was great. We will visit again soon

The potato was cooked perfectly and was tasty. The tacos were amazing. The meat was tender and tasted fresh. The tortillas were freshly made. The beans were great. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and attentive. I really recommend this place.

I ordered a Rosca; a huge platter of tacos. It was for an office event. Everyone enjoyed the Rosca. The tacos were fresh and delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff!

This place is a 10/10 the beans are absolutely deliciously spicy, the handmade tortillas are so good u have to eat the whole order. The staff is very attentive and happy which adds to the authentic calm atmosphere. This is my favorite taqueria place EVER!!!! it just sucks that I don’t live in the valley anymore

Food was great. I’m not from Edinburgh and don’t know the area, so I was searching for Mexican food restaurants. There are many. I decided I wanted tacos and looked at a few places, but there’s a picture posted by another reviewer that looked delicious to me, so I went to La Taquiza.

I’ve always like coming to this place but today something was off and it was the pastor tacos. They were really salty not sure if they have a different cooker but I literally had to add alot of lemon cause the meat was too salty everything else was good and is more expensive 4 order of tacos 55 dollars? Should of went somewhere else lesson learned…
