Great Lakes Truck Spotting
A wonderful place for an authentic and delicious Mexican dining experience! Atmosphere is good, clean, colorful and interactive. Service is good and very friendly. Literally the BEST tacos I have had in a LONG time. And the tortilla soup was on another level. The owner shared that it is seasonal. They have it the first day of fall through the first day of spring. If you are near Winnetka it is worth it. And you should also try a refreshingly homemade Agua Fresca!

Great spot for some quick tacos/burritos. Really enjoyable atmosphere. We had been out for the day and were running up against nap time for our 2-year old, but we were hungry. I got the steak burrito, my wife got tortilla soup, and my son had a cheese quesadilla. All told, we left with happy bellies and made it home for nap time before it got ugly.

I’m sorry but i got home with my steak torta with beans and avocado and like 3 pieces of steak on each side sense the torta is cut in half .. .. ..??? Let’s not be so short with the meat if you are paying &10 for it …. IT WAS A STEAK TORTA. not a avocado bean with 3 pieces of meat .?
