Excellent food. Had a LA Tavola gift card for $50 that was purchased there. They would not honor gift card, said it wasn’t valid. Called the number on the back of gift card before and after our visit. Stated it was a valid $50 value but the bartender stated that it “didn’t work with their system “

1st time ever being here. Beautiful restaurant, food was excellent. The chef actually talked with us after to see if we enjoyed our meals. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Definitely will go back.

The Chef/ Owner came out to talk to us, such an amazing man, he’s so loving & kind, his restaurant is beautiful the food is very fresh, and the meals are very plentiful, you get more then you need, can’t say enough about this place, don’t pay any attention to the bad reviews, go see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, we had the Veil Pramashon, it was amazing, the bread was fresh, the salad was so good, it’s a quiet place, like dinners should be, with beautiful Italian music playing in the background. Absolutely loved it!!

My wife and I had a Delicious Dinner last night at this hidden gem LaTavola in New Stanton. Our meal Virginia Spots was delicious, the waitress Carmella was very accommodating and friendly! The owner/chef Lou, found time to come out and chat with us. We have been dining here for over 20 years. It is our favorite restaurant in Southwestern Pa.

Ewww. Just eww. Pictured, is the seafood Capri and chicken Mediterranean. I absolutely DO NOT recommend eating either! The Seafood Capri tasted like death. The chicken Capri tasted like nothing with a hint of seafood . Could not eat. Being as that the food was over $100, My girlfriend called to see if we could get a refund or at least exchange the food to get something at least edible. We were hung up on. Wish negative stars were an option. Terrible food with even worse service.

Stopped in during travels as recommended by our hotel. Chef / owner (Italian!) was amazing, lots of great food and conversation. His daughter, bartender, Bianca was also lovely and great skills! We will be back. Another hidden gem. Thanks Lou!

Went there for my birthday and we definitely chose the right place. I had the Chicken Alfredo which was delicious. My father had the eggplant parm, which he enjoyed very much, I know this because I didn’t hear a peep from him till his meal was gone and if you knew my father you would understand. But who really made out was my dad wife. She ordered the filet, and this center cut piece of meat was a good as any steak I ever tasted. Easily comparable to Ruth Chris , Capital grill or Mortons. It was that good. Like butter. It just melted in your mouth. Next time I know what I’m ordering. The owner/ chef lou(Luigi ) stops at your table to make sure everyone is enjoying their dinners, my family and I capped the night off with desert, I got the chocolate mousse, my mother got the creme bruella and my father topped it off with the Tiramiso. I could not of asked for a better birthday.
