I had the chicken chimichanga lunch. It was inexpensive and good. I like the cheese sauce on top of the chimichanga. Margaritas on that day were two for one. They have a chunky salsa dip and also the cheese dip. The chips were good but not the best I’ve tasted. All in all it was worthy of driving from Perry to Guthrie Center.

One day several of us decided we were going to order lunch from La Villa, which we did. There was 6 of us total that ordered different items of the Menu. We were so upset and disappointed. For starters, our food was picked up by one of us and we were charged for a “to go” fee when our order was picked up. Don’t you ever charge individuals for carrying out there own PAID FOR food. Several decent restaurants that we know of only charge fees if they deliver, not if the customer picks it up themselves. Another thing 4 out of 6 of our meals were either not cooked thoroughly, no taste to it, soggy (tacos), cold, and even rotten pieces of lime. Limes are to be green on the outside not like a gray brownish color. The salsa was nothing like authentic Mexican salsa or Pico de Gallo. The salsa tasted like it was more then 2 days old and no flavor to it, it tasted just like blended tomatoes with a little salt, cilantro and nothing more. The portion of the meat I will say was fine but it was certainly not cooked. Had we known we would be charged a “to go” fee to pick up our own, disappointing lunch, we wouldn’t even have tipped.

This place can never get an order straight. Rarely is our order correct. We either have food missing or something in place of it that was never ordered. Another time I left a cash tip on the table and they turned around and added a $5 tip on top of the cash onto it that I never authorized on my receipt. I went back in and had to have them give me the $5 back. Another time they charged me for 4 of one item instead of 1. So they charged my card an extra $30 than what they should have. Done doing business with them!

Had an incorrect order today, replacement order took forever to get, plus for the cost of carnitas, there should be a decent about of pork, only a couple tablespoonfuls. First visit, the chicken chimichanga was very tiny for the cost of everything meal. Maybe I’m just use to, and spoiled by the sizes of meals and portion sizes of another regular restaurant. The food is really good, fresh and warm. I was also in early this week, and it was really nice. Salsa outstanding!
