The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond for us! We had last minute reservations for a Saturday night and were worried. We were in Philly for a hockey tournament and would most definitely return to La Viola Ovest in a heartbeat. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh! Went to the restaurant with an 8:15 reservation last weekend and was met with a line that went out the door of people who had been waiting for a seat for earlier reservations. The restaurant told everyone it would be about a 10-15 minute wait and we gave up after about 30 minutes. No excuse to overbook to that degree.
