The pizza lacks flavor in its crust, sauce, and cheese. The sauce could use some fresh crushed garlic, minced fresh basil, oregano and less sugar. The crust needs some olive oil and salt. The cheese needs to be better quality of Asiago, fontina mixture of mozzarella and finished off with a light dusting of Romano grated cheese. Yess, overalll terrible pizza! But worse of all was the cheesy macaroni soup!!! Tasted like throwing up sour milk and bad cheese. Smelled aweful!! Chicken tasted like it had been freezer burned and sitting too long in a bucket. Friendly staff but needs huge improvement in their menu. Parking available.

Ordered a grandma pie.. it was absolutely horrible…. completely bland and very very oily. Ordered through slice app. Threw the entire pie minus the 2 bites I had in the trash.. pizzeria had no interest in trying to make the situation any better..last order from here.

Labys has been in the Beacon/Fishkill/Glenham area for over 20 years, and despite their unassuming location and exterior, their food has been consistently superb over the decades. They make, in my opinion, the best NY style thin crust pizza north of the city, and their calzones, pizza rolls (stromboli roll pictured), and garlic knots are always phenomenal.

All the good reviews for this place must be fake. Pizza is horribly saucy and salty. The owner is extremely rude and a hustler, upcharged us to $10 for 3 slices after the person working the register told us the total was $6. Not sure how 3 slices came to $10 even… Don’t waste your time.

My fiancé & I ordered the pepperoni & sausage pizza, the Sicilian pizza, garlic knots, garlic bread, and calamari. I love pizza and to be honest at first sight it wasn’t looking great. HOWEVER, Laby’s pizza ended up being delicious!! Their garlic knots were even better! The calamari was a bit soggy, but we did drive a bit before getting to eat them. If you are in the Fishkill/Beacon/Glenham area, I would definitely try Labys!
