I have eaten at the other Ladels restaurants in the area but this one is by far the worst. There was a pebble in my husbands salad and he almost broke his tooth. I am not sure what happened but I can honestly say this changes my opinion of this restaurant chain.I would recommend looking into the kitchen staff at this location and figure out what happened as this is terrible.

Had their chicken soup today due to feeling sick. Their soup was loaded with salt i couldn’t even eat 1/8 of the container. Tastes absolutely horrible. They were given this feedback last year and didn’t care to make any changes.

I ate Greek lemon chicken soup and strawberry mozzarella salad on this my second time here. I think the the staff is terrific at helping customer make informed healthy choices, the prices are low, and the food is spectacular!

Food was good, but prices on the online menu and shop location do not match. There is a to-go fee as well, and these orders expect 15-25% tip.

Soup was extremely salty and prices don’t match what is advertised on the website. Wasn’t told or aware you would get charged a extra fee for to-go orders. They don’t ask if you want a full or half of a sandwich just add the full. Chicken salad had too much added unnecessary ingredients.

This place is awesome! We each tried 3 different flavors of soup and they were all very delicious. Plus everyone else’s plates of sandwhiches all looked amazing. My very picky child loved their delicious cheeseburger. At the end of the night as they were closing down…instead of throwing out the leftover soup they offered 2 extra bowls to us patrons complimentary. We are definitely coming back to try the sandwhiches and salads next! The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean and welcoming and the prices were very reasonable. My favorite restaurant in Charleston!
