The last 3 times I’ve been here, I was unpleased. This time my hamburger steak was burnt black on bottom. And no utensils were in the bag. No napkins. When they answer the phone they’re rude. I’m done! I do not recommend!!!

I ordered a seafood salad. Got home and opened the box and I noticed that some of the lettuce leaves were brown on the ends. If I were serving salads I would make sure that the lettuce is fresh.

Mariyah was a great worship! Old Skool got my food right in the back. The seafood platter was awesome, and those steaks medium well was so on point! They definitely understood the assignment! We were served promptly, and the food was hot & fresh! The fried mushrooms and fried pickles were great as well! I will definitely be returning!

Service was a little slow due to communication issues with hostess and server. The server was great once she was told we were seated. It took about 20 minutes. Tried the gumbo and shrimp poboy and it was good.

Purchased seafood salad to go. Grilled shrimp, crawfish and Jumbo Lump Crab meat was description on menu. Everything was miniature in size and the card meat was claw meat. Lots of melted shredded cheese on top of lettuce caused it to wilt from the warmth. I will let them know whenever I decide to return.

So this happened today! Went to lagniappe to get to-go order drinks, heading home from work. I ordered 4 drinks. They didn’t have any to-go drink carriers so I had to carry them out on my own, along with my phone and car keys. Made it to my car and a drink dropped. The young man, who works there, was assisting me and asked me to wait a minute (naturally, I’m thinking he’s going to replace the dropped drink). Correctly assumed, he comes out with a drink and immediately I begin thanking him because he was extremely hospitable. As he approaches the car, he states the cost for the replacement drink. I’m thinking he’s joking but I quickly realize he’s serious. He states his manager says it will be a cost to replace the already existing made drink. I stated I wasn’t going to pay for a drink that dropped because they lacked adequate carriers. Now I’ve exited my vehicle to go in and speak with someone to ask are they going to refund me since I’m down a drink that has been paid for. They explain that I will have to purchase another one. To exit this situation, I decided to leave because it didn’t make sense to escalate this. I absolutely had, no issue in purchasing a $3 drink, I could’ve purchased their lil slushy machine that made the drink. At this point it was purely principal. Your establishment failed to provide carriers for multiple drink orders and yes, because I dropped it, I can’t have a replacement. I guess they’re going to pour that one that travelled outside back into their machine???? Seems appropriate for this establishment. I know one thing for sure, that $3 will cost them more in the long run. I occasionally have dined here, but many members of my family are regulars and spends hundreds of dollars there within a weeks’ time. That all ends today over a $3 replacement, slushy machine made, bottom shelf margarita.

We reserved and rented the private dining area for my daughters gender reveal. The floor was slippery as if it were mopped with a dirty greasy mop. It was just as hot in the room as it was outside, as if the air was just put on right before we came. The tables and table cloth was dirty, and when I asked for a towel, that was exactly what someone brought me a wet towel for me to clean the tables myself. The poor waitress was waiting on tables for a room of 40+ people. That was a lot for one person. She did an awesome job, but i am sure it was overwhelming. I was disappointed to find that such a highly recommended restaurant was in the condition.

The chicken pasta and lagniappe pasta are really good. You get a really big portion of these dishes. We also enjoy the ribeye steak. The steaks are cooked just right and are seasoned well. Also I would recommend the blooming onion.

The pasta dish was too salty. The service was a little rude, but the atmosphere was nice and spacious.
