**For the owner** be fair and do something to make the area clean and attractive for the food truck owners. The place has potential – yet its incredibly ghetto atmosphere. Hodge podge seating, unattractive landscape, all over the place placement of the food trucks. – the food trucks offer some good varieties in their offerings it’s just the area is an eye soar. It should be better. It may then actually yield you a lot more revenue. People want what looks nice. Nice to have some local food trucks which provide additional food choices for the Lago Vista area. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and it looks like perhaps they’re adding some children’s play area? Only real negative is just to be careful traveling from the parking lot to the food areas as you typically need to cross the drive area, sometimes parking can be difficult if it’s very busy. Food has been good, prices and service seem normal for food trucks. Especially liked the fried cheese from the Venezuelan truck and the Mexican Street Corn from the BBQ truck.

Wow! What amazing experience at Lago Food Park. Although a few vendors were closed or sold out for the day, there were plenty of amazing options. I’ll post individual reviews on each of the vendors I sampled. Nevertheless, everything was 5-star good!

I have always had good experiences at the variety of food trucks here. Baker’s BBQ is awesome and I have heard very goods things about Lago Loaded Potatoes. Stop in and check them out for yourself if you are coming through Lago Vista or headed to Arkansas Bend Park or Point Venture.
