Biggest waste of $16 ever. Ordered garlic parmesean wings. I received what appeared to be pre cooked frozen chicken wings cooked in the fryer for a few minutes with a tub of garlic and parmesean cheese I guess to dip them in? I received 1 flat and the rest were supposed to be drums, if that’s what they want to call them! And I ordered an order of cheese sticks. Literally dough and Mozzarella cheese. No seasoning or anything. They stuck the tub of marinara sauce on top of them leaving a huge imprint in them cheese which made them look even nastier. Extremely disappointed and a big waste of money! Never again!

I got 24 wings. Garlic parm and buffalo. Wow. SHOCKINGLY bad. I’ve never seen it had worse and I’ve had day old cold wings before that were better than this. If I hadn’t gotten takeout I would’ve rejected it on sight if I’d been dining in.

So, I had a horrible experience with a manager at the Moneta location over a year ago and I swore I would never order from there again. About 3 weeks ago, I decided to give them another try. I placed a $60 delivery order without issue. I decided to make another delivery order earlier this past week (another $60 worth of food) and 2 of my sandwiches were delivered without the chips, even though I typed a reminder to “not forget the chips”, because they have forgotten the chips in previous orders. Well, tonight, I placed another $60 order that was to be delivered by approximately 7:52pm. I waited, and waited, but by 8:53pm, I had not received my order; even though the app said delivered. I decided to call Lagos and a woman answered, after letting her know that I hadn’t received my order, she said ” you haven’t gotten it yet”, and I said “no ma’am, I have not”. She placed me on hold so that her manager could speak to me about this issue. He was very nice and asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes, if the food was delivered elsewhere by mistake, but no, if my food could still be delivered. Now I called over an hour before they closed, and he said he would call the driver to see what happened because he personally helped him pack up my order. I told him I would like to know whether or not I would receive my food because my boyfriend would be coming home from work and I would need to know what I’m doing for dinner. I asked him if he had my number so he could call me back with an update, and he said yes, it was on my order and his caller ID. This 5 minute call was placed at 8:53pm, I then received another email from Chow Now at 9:41pm stating that my order had been canceled. I never received a call back letting me know what went wrong, or that my order was canceled. So I basically waited around for my food for about 2hrs (I was thinking since he didn’t call me back, that they were remaking my order to deliver) after the estimated delivery time when I could have started cooking something for dinner. This type of customer service is absolutely ridiculous when all he had to do was call me back to let me know what went wrong, apologize, and refund my order. All I received was a refund after waiting forever for my dinner!!!!

Ordered the Monday meat Lasagna, and received a pasta dish with meat pizza topping in some red sauce, with a little cheese melted across the top. No pasta or lasagna noodles or ricotta cheese. Worst pasta dish i have had in years.

They DELIVER if you are within 7 miles. The place is very clean and the right side is a bar. The staff are super friendly we were greeted quickly and the manger at night was awesome she’s also the waitress and you can tell she likes her job. The sauce is homemade and tastes great. We got a Chicago style and it was very filling. They have a deal that on your first online order if you order over $25 you save $5. They also deliver in house and also thru SLICE and CHOW NOW. I highly recommend coming here.

The staff is Amazing. They always speak when I come in to pick up my food. If the deliver to the house they are prompt and right on time with the time of expectation of the online order. Absolutely love everything on their menu and they have items that my husband can eat since he has Alpha Gal that are just Chicken related.

If there was a 0 star I would leave it. We ordered our food at 6:30 p.m. We waited until 10:00 p.m. and they never showed. The worst part was when we called to check on our delivery they told us “they had just talked to our driver and he was on his way”, “the driver is getting ready to pull up”, and then VICTOR (the manager) was going to meet the driver and get our food and bring it to us. I think being lied to was worse than not getting our food.

Two times now we’ve ordered food from here, and once we’ve dined in. We waited for our food there for over an hour when we dined in. The first time we ordered from here, they completely lost our order, and it was 2.5 hours before it was corrected and ready. This time ordering, we once again had waited 2.5 hours, finally spoke to a manager, he said he would contact the delivery driver and call us back. Waited 20 More minutes and had to call Him back after no return call as he said. So, now it’s been OVER THREE AND A HALF HOURS since we ordered, and still no food. Manager is refunding our food, and still unsure of when or if we’ll receive it. Ordered at 6:pm, and it’s now 9:53 pm!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Called back again and once again spoke to Victor, and he hung up while he had me on hold, and then they took the phone off of the hook after I started calling back. Phone still off the hook after another 20 minutes. All for supporting local businesses and giving second and, in this case, third chances, but we have finally learned our lesson. We own a business also, and know there are times the unexpected can happen, but this is beyond acceptable for Any business. No way would this happen over and over again UNLESS there is AWFUL management….. Never again. Lesson learned.
