I order the Lake Bacon Burger with Cajun fries and let me just say, hands down top 5 burgers I’ve had. Service was spot on, Jacob (the owner) was the only one working but still never missed a beat and never let the smile leave his face. He was very helpful with picking what to eat and everything was priced fairly. 100% would recommend trying!

Wish I knew about this gem earlier!! It’s quickly become our favorite burger place. The olive burger and spicy chicken sandwich are the Cajun fries are our favorite! Guess what? It’s cheaper than your local fast food burger meals and WAY better tasting. Owners and staff are very friendly. Support local!

This was my first time to get food at Lake Burger, I ordered 3 burgers, one wrap and three different fries. Hands down the best service and food! They know where all their food comes from, and everything was perfect! Don’t waste your money at 5 guys or other burger joints! This is the place! We now have a burger joint to visit regularly and support local food businesses! You must try! You won’t be disappointed! Great job to all the staff! See you soon!!!

I geek out for burgers so I’m very picky. I ordered a simple classic cheese burger all the way. The bun was soft and warm, veggies were crisp, the cheese was proportionally melted and you can taste the authenticity of the meat of fresh and not dried up like at typical burger joint. Lake Burger would make an awesome chain if they ever expanded.

Had my first burger (olive burger) from here and the Cajun fries. Absolutely incredible. Jake and his staff were quick and friendly with the service and food. Everything tasted fresh and home made, with a clean facility as well. I’d eat another one today if I wasn’t so full!

I like this place, very small but their burgers are off the charts good. They’re seasoning is like fairy dust it tastes so good! I had the Chicago style hot dogs and they were top notch and I am very picky about my Chicago style dogs having lived there. My wife got the arugala salad with a burger on top so we could both taste the burger, it’s good, man is it good. Come here and you won’t be disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this place. We ordered online and our food was made wrong and we didn’t get the milk shakes that we ordered. For the amount of money that they charge for their food they should get the order correct. Not to mention I couldn’t leave a message when I called to ask about our missing shakes and about our order being wrong because the mailbox is full. We will never order from here again and I fully expect a refund for the missing shakes. Management might need to get involved with the employees that work the dinner shift because this is the 2nd time we have been displeased with our food.

This is my go-to burger place. Better than 5 Guys, better than Culver’s hands down. FIRST, I love that they source local farms for their meat and other ingredients. SECOND, when bacon is added, it’s crisp & generous (instead of the paper-thin, slimy bacon at most joints). THIRD, I love supporting a local business. And FYI, they opened a sit-down restaurant and serve beer at their location in Portage.
